Radical Internship

The Radship is a program offered by Radical agency located in Greenville, SC. Running 3 semesters a year, Radical allows full-time undergraduate students an inside look on what it’s like to be immersed in a creatively driven digital marketing service & ad agency. Our interns get hands-on experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the best talent and across all disciplines in our industry—from account management and media to creative and all forms of digital/social/broadcast production to strategy. We encourage people of all persuasions and who bring unique perspectives to apply for this program.

How The Radship Works

  • Interns are assigned to a department we believe will provide the maximum opportunity for them to dig into and experience the work—within that department, sometimes with our clients and always with integrated teams. Again, our internship is geared toward full-time undergraduates, at the junior or senior level.
  • This is a for-credit internship

The Skinny

  • Radical requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. Course credit is offered to any full-time undergraduate looking to gain credit for their internship through regular and clear communication between our team and your department’s director. Hourly compensations are on a case-by-case basis.
    -Spring Radship: late January – April
    —-Deadline for submissions: December 1st
    -Summer Radship: early May – August
    —-Deadline for submissions: April 1st
    -Fall Radship: late September – December
    —-Deadline for submissions: September 1st
