Radical is on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving our agency’s growth by not only acquiring new clients but also nurturing existing relationships to ensure their continued success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing effective sales stra tegies, and maintaining strong, productive relationships with current clients. They should have a keen eye for market trends and use this insight to tailor our offerings.

Active participation in industry events and networking groups is essential for building contacts and promoting our agency. Collaboration with our marketing, creative, and account management teams is crucial to ensure cohesive strategies for client success. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in business development within a marketing agency. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach. Salary: $48,000 – $53,000 + Commission

We are looking for a talented individual to manage and lead the success of the newly launched, Radcast Network. This is a new and unique role that will not only see exponential growth of the network but also be vital in building on it’s continued growth.

This person will have had at least 2-4 yea rs in media production, whether it be TV or podcasting, and have a desire to get after success. Even better if you have had Executive Assistant experience. Please do not apply if you’re looking for just another paycheck. We only want rockstars who are willing to do what it takes to build a network to over 100 shows and millions in revenue. This is a salary + commission position. You bring in a sponsor and/or RN show, you get a cut!

This position will rely heavily on seeking out new prospects via cold calling, emailing, DMs, etc. The RN Manager will be comfortable doing that and excelling. They will ultimately be responsible for finding new shows & sponsors as well as cultivating and retaining current RN members.

The RN Manager is a hybrid position that requires equal parts creative talent/skill with a natural curiosity for figuring out new opportunities and capabilities. This position will need to live or near Greenville, SC and be willing/able to commute to our office multiple times per week. You will need to understand branding and image while being resourceful and scrappy. 

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 + commission

We are looking for a talented individual to assist in managing the podcast and personal brand of the agency CEO. This is a unique opportunity to manage a wide range of marketing activities while being trained and mentored directly by Ryan.

Ryan has over 20 years of marketing and agency experience working on some of the largest and most known brands in the world. While the Radical agency has grown to be much larger and diverse than just one founder, much of the new business opportunities for the agency originate from the personal brand, podcast, and overall reputation of Ryan Alford’s marketing experience and success building brands of all sizes. 

The Brand & Content Marketing Assistant is a hybrid position that requires equal parts creative talent/skill with a natural curiosity for figuring out new opportunities and capabilities. You will need to understand branding and image while being resourceful and scrappy. 

Salary Range: $35,000-$45,000

The Radship is a program offered by Radical agency located in Greenville, SC. Running 3 semesters a year, Radical allows full-time undergraduate students an inside look on what it’s like to be immersed in a creatively driven digital marketing service & ad agency. Our interns get hands-on experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the best talent and across all disciplines in our industry—from account management and media to creative and all forms of digital/social/broadcast production to strategy.
