Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator position at Radical is best described as a “conductor.” Our ACs lead and guide the everyday activities of our clients. The AC’s primary responsibility is client satisfaction and proper communication of client goals, projects, and expectations back to other team members at the agency. It is in this way that the AC is the conduit between the agency and the client. While it is not expected of the AC to complete every task that a client needs, it is the expectation that they will channel those requests and ensure that the work is done properly and to completion using internal and external agency resources.

This is a salaried position with a range of $35,000 to $45,000, depending on experience.

Key Job Duties:

  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their needs and business goals
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team internal agency members
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns, content shoots, and all client projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
  • Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
  • Understanding the client business, key competitors, and continuous research in the client’s category

  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
  • Technically savvy and understands proper email etiquette
